1. Cancellation Window
We require a minimum notice of 24 hours for any cancellation or rescheduling of tutoring sessions. This allows us to accommodate changes in our schedule and offer the time slot to another student in need of assistance.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring session will be considered late cancellations. In such cases, the full session fee will be charged to the student's account.
3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged to the student's account.
4. Rescheduling
Students are welcome to reschedule their tutoring sessions with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to tutor availability.
5. Emergency Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can happen. In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

7. Refunds
